White Pine Design’s Event planning services include different levels of planning and styling for your event. Event Design | Full Planning
Full event planner services include an initial consultation with the client to assess the needs of and expectations for your event. My process starts with an initial meeting to discuss the fundamental objective of your event, and the resources required depending on your budget and priorities. A framework of the event that delineates the most effective and efficient ways to achieve your event’s objectives is provided to you. From there, we proceed with the following:
- Consultation and Assessment of the client’s needs.
- Correspondence with all vendors involved in the event.
- Theme Conceptualization and Design.
- Scheduling of Vendors for deliveries.
- Project Management including consultation, design, and coordination of Floral/Decorations, Rentals, Music/Entertainment, Catering, and Sweets/Cake.
- Budget Management.
- On-Site Management on the Day-Of.
Event Styling | Partial Planning
This service, although less involved, still provides enough assistance to a client with their event needs. This service plan mainly concentrates on the decor aspect of your event.
- Design and styling of event decor such as Florals, Rentals, and Sweets/Cake.
- Budget Management.
Dessert Station Styling
This category of event service is limited to the dessert station of the event. This includes design and styling of the dessert station, procuring and coordinating the sweets/cake and rentals for the dessert station.

Consultation Services
Have the party planner gene in you too? If you need theme conceptualization suggestions or ideas, this service is available to event planners, or clients that are more able to handle the coordination and management of their own event and are looking for theme suggestions, or decor ideas. This service can consist of a meeting to brainstorm or further develop a theme or decor scheme for any event. If you need vendor suggestions for backdrops, props, rentals, or specialty items, this is a great service to utilize as well. Have a special or unique request? Contact me for an a la carte service.
